Sunchase is the absolutely worse apartment complex I have ever lived. The management is completely incompetent and messy. I was written up for a noise complaint about my television and stereo by my neighbor who called the police on me. The Ridgeland Police Department showed up and verified there was no noise coming out of my apartment complex. However, the apartment complex wrote me up for noise complaint without verification, if they would have done a litte homework and asked me about the situation they would have known that I DO NOT OWN A TELEVISION NOR STEREO SYSTEM, AND THAT THE NEIGHBOR CALLING ME WAS A VENGEFUL EX. I confronted them about the situation and instead of offering a peaceful resolution or seeking out some type of resolution they told me i am welcome to offer my 30 day notice. Then when it was time to renew they refused to allow me to renew my contract because of me calling the owners of the property about the previous situation. I contacted my attorney and when my attorney called to try and get some resolution, the manager begin speaking bad about me before she knew that the lady was my attorney. She went on for about 10mins before my attorney had explained who she was and why she was calling. Do not expect good service and quality at this complex. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I think Sunchase did the right thing to not renew your lease OP. If an ex is coming on the property causing a disturbance then you should have called the police yourself. Sunchase doesn't need that type of mess at its complex. You obtaining an attorney was a waste of time and money if you paid. Management have the right to not renew your lease given they gave you a 30 day notice to vacate the premises.
