I moved to town less than a year ago and looked around at apt. complexes for about two weeks before making a decision. Colonial Grand at Natchez Trace was the last complex I looked at. I wish it had been one of the first. I would have stopped looking. The staff is the absolute greatest. You know they care about the complex and their residents. The property is well maintained and maintenance is johnny on the spot. We recently bought a house and I highly recommend this complex to everyone. Way to go Colonial!
