I recently moved after living at Colonial Grand Natchez Trace for about 1 year. We moved here from out of state. We didn't want to buy a house until we determined what area we wanted to live. Amazingly we came to this property first and never looked at another apartment complex. The office staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After leaving our deposit we had no doubts we had made a good decision with our apartment choice.

Now that a year has passed we decided on a house to buy. We sure hated to leave such a great complex and excellent staff. We have lived at many different apartment complexes over the past 15 years in 5 different states. This complex was exceptional by far.

I did not have the opportunity to do a walk through with management when I returned our keys. But, I wasn't worried because we had thoroughly cleaned our apartment and made sure our dogs had no accidents during our stay here. We have not even been gone 30 days and have already received full refund of our pet and security deposits.

Exceptional place to call HOME !
