I just moved out of Colonial Grand. I had severe foundation problems in my apartment for over six months, and nothing was done about it. I could not close my bathroom, bedroom or utility closet door due to the foundation shift. Also, there were HUGE cracks in the walls all over the apartment. I was embarrassed for anyone to come over to my apartment because there was no privacy in the bathroom (b/c the door wouldn't close), and the apartment looked like a condemned building on the inside. NOTHING was done by management to help the problem.
