Decent but expensive

These are really not that bad for apartments. It takes an act of congress to get anything
fixed and they are really expensive. The pool is great but don't try to take your kids there, during the summer it looks like college spring break. It is gated but be aware there is easy walk in access and the gates are open all day and closed at night so they are kind of a joke. The staff is friendly and the exercise room is nice also. The tennis courts are decent but by no means ready for a serious enthusiast. There is no reserved parking so if one of the college kids decides to throw a party, you may have to walk a ways. To sum up, good place to live for now. Overpriced for what you get and that will probably only increase as the property gets older.
