Me and two neighbors had gnats for a month and a half. The pipes needed scrubbed and there are severe drainage issues that have been cited by the City of Ridgeland for the Lexington to fix.Severe building code violations. this property has changed management companies two times in 3 months and the customer service is terrible. They will not escalate complaints to the corporate office nor give you the number to Centurion, the name of the property management.

Megan and Mandy, the previous and former managers are idiots.The maintenance staff only has 1 guy for 200 plus apartments, so extremely slow service if you need something done!!!!!!!
