THESE APARTMENTS ARE SICKENING I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NAMED THE PARC @ RIDGELAND BUT THEY SHOULDVE BEEN NAMED THE PROJECTS AT RIDGELAND.THE OUTSIDE LOOKS LIKE YOU SOMEWHERE IN LOOKS HORRIBLE.AND THEN ITS LIKE LIL MEXICO CAUSE U GOT DRUNK MEXICAN WALKING AROUND AT NIGHT.THEN IN THE BACK WHEN IT RAINS ITS A RIVER THAT U CAN GO FISHING FOR A DISEASE IN.OK NOW WE HAVE MILDEW GROWING IN THE AIR CONDITION VENT AND ITS BEEN LIKE THIS SEEN LABOR DAY AND ITS STILL DA SAME.NOW YOU HAVE LIL BAY BAY CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND LIKE THIS ZOO OR SOMETHING.WE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR 9 MONTHS AND THESE MONKEY PEOPLE HAVING FIXED NOTHIN..BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A MAINTANENCE MAN BUT THEY QUICK TO GIVE U A 100 DOLLAR LATE FEE SLIP IN YOUR DOOR AND YOU ALREADY PAY 890 FOR SOMETHING THAT LOOK LIKE IT NEED TO BE SITTING ON TERRY ROAD IN THE GUTTA.THEN THE MANAGER SHE GOT THE ORDASITY TO GET AN ATTITUDE WITH THE TENANTS BUT STILL SHE CANT GET NOTHING FIXED. the management of these apartments are crooks.They would not accept a 29 day notice for me to move out of this ghetto apartment and continued to charge me for 4 months after we left. (the lease agreement was met, they just continued to charge me because a '30 day' notice was not given. Total crap. I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy, and the description given by the above user was totally accurate. These apartments are GHETTO!
