Office Staff are jerks!

Maintenance almost never responded to a request-- it took at least a MONTH every time to get someone.

Worst though, was when my neighbor was out of town for a month an came back to her apartment to find that the ceiling had caved into her living room, leaving a 5 foot hole and flooding her apartment, ruining all her furniture and her TV.

The apartment above hers had been VACANT for months, so it was clearly no one's fault other than the Trace's.

The Trace manager was extremely rude and defensive about it, claiming it "wasn't their problem" and that she should've had a better renter's insurance policy.

She and I both moved out of the complex within a month.
