I wouldn't move back in

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
 
I have lived in the Trace for several years and really enjoyed it until lately, the rent has almost doubled since I first moved in and the upkeep of the property is non-existant, the buildings are literally rotting and falling down. The office and mantaince staff are not responsive to issues, it took 2 months to get a light bulb changed in the walkway because "our account was closed" with the vendor.
