I have lived at the Trace since September of 2005 and there has been a hole office staff change. The manager and leasing staff are very professional and friendly. The maintenance staff has had a total over hall from what I understand and are on top of things. I usually only have to wait 24 hrs on a work order or it is done the same day. Maybe some of you should take the time to get to know the office staff and the maintenance staff before judging.
I have learned that most people that complain and write bad thing are the ones that are usually the Jerks. I do admit I had heard from an old friend that lived here that old miantenance did not know what they were doing, and the manager and office staff were very unfriendly, but I promise the change of staff has done wonders for the Trace. Oh yeah they are rehabbing everythingand the fitness center is awesome.

I am looking into apartments. Most people don't EVER seem happy with the Maintenance staff. I have never lived in an apartment and this person seemed quite pleased. I have heard nothing but good things about The Trace besides being overpriced!!

I have lived at the Trace since September 2005. There were some problems in the beginning (terrible neighbos)but management was accomodating. I haven't had a problem since. These apartments are extremely quiet and I feel safe here. The maintenance staff responds to requjests quickly. The only negative is that the Trace is a little too expensive. Overall, The Trace is a great place to live!
