I have lived at the Trace for almost a year now and the management gets worse every single day. When you walk into the office, your lucky if Nekesha or Carlin are there. They seem to be the only ones who care. If you really need something done, make sure you talk to one of them. As for the actual manager, good luck even getting to talk to her, much less getting her to fix your problem. First off, she is never there, and when she is, she doesnt want to talk to residents...at all. She seems to have no concern with anything but getting her rent money every month. If you accidently write your check wrong, be prepared to recieve a ton of little letters on your door, even if its just a dollar or two!

Maintenance is lacking also. It took over a month to get the light outside my door fixed, and when they come to fix something in your apartment, your lucky if they even know how to fix it!

I do not recomment living here! I will be moving as soon as my lease up...i wish them luck finding someone who will pay this much for such horrible service.
