When I first moved in almost 7 years ago it was a great place, responsive managment and maintenance. I have watched things go down him, service decrease and rent increase. Over the last year it has become more difficult to find parking near my apartment, way to many broken down cars in the lots. The maintenance staff frequently use foul language and yell and scream at each other.

The police are frequently called to the complex because of "domestics" so the violence is increasing. Cars are broken into frequently and the lighting is poor. The walkway light between the parking lot and my apt has been out for over 6 months. Frequently reported but never fixed. We had a water leak outside my building for almost 4 months before it got fixed and that's because we had no water. Tried to call "emergency maintanence" but no answer, they "forgot" to forward the phones.

I'm moving out because I can get better services and pay less in a newer complex down the road.
