poor management, noisy tenants, dog poop everywhere

My husband and I have lived in a ground floor apartment for about 8 months.

The noise that comes from the apartment above drives me insane during the day and keeps us awake during the night.

I have complained to the office many times, but nothing has been done.

There is supposedly a "3 strikes, you're out" policy, but the management does not follow it.

Aside from the noisy neighbors, the apartments are just old and falling apart.

The floor upstairs creaks so badly that we hear every footstep.

The pipes rattle every time the hot water is turned on (upstairs and down) or a toilet is flushed (upstairs).

The grounds are attractive but tenants show no concern where they let their dogs poop.

They seem to love letting their dogs relieve themselves by the sidewalk and near the cars.

The thing is we moved here because we felt like we would be in good hands.

The property manager leased us the apartment.

She seemed so nice and presented the place so well.

The pool is pretty, but don't rent it because of that.
