Beware! The Trace staff is friendly until they have your signed lease in hand. Then it's all downhill. We have had repeated requests for repairs ignored. We have complained about rotting garbage in our breezeway and had the staff look at us as if their eyes are glazed over. We have complained 6 times about abandoned vehicles with no plates and had them act is if each complaint was the first time they had ever heard of such a thing. I would not recommend The Trace to anyone.

This is not acurate, I have lived here for 3 years and have never had any problems. The office staff and maintenance crew has always been very friendly. I have noticed the staff has removed all of the "abandoned vehicles". I have talked to several residents here, and they all seem to love living here. If you are so unhappy, why don't you just move.

I would like to know which part of the complex that comment (2/8/08) is from. The people upstairs always have garbage by the front door. Sometimes the trash falls out onto my front door area, and sometimes that trash includes kitty litter. They smoke on the steps and drop their cigarettes, ashes, and gum by my door. This is not a nice place to live! I would love to move as the comment dated 2/8/08 suggests, but I spent enough money moving into this place expecting it to be nice. I don't have the money for movers and having my utilities moved, etc. It is so easy to say, "Just move if you aren't happy," and another thing to be able to do it. But it is true, the abandoned vehicle that was in front of our building for last few months is finally gone.
