living in an apartment is not my idea of living, but i do what i have to do.
the trace could be better, but it could be a lot worse.
it takes a while to get mantainence request done, but if you stay on top of them, things do get done.
it only takes one call to the case associate 1-800 number to get things done.
the staff has its good days and its bad days.
the maintence guys are all very nice.
the part of the complex i live in is mostly quiet, minus a few loud trucks and loud music every so often.
they do a fair job of keeping the pool clean.
lots of trees, which i love.
parking could be better.
it's an older apartment complex, built when cars weren't so big, so the parking lot isn't as wide as we'd like- but big deal'
the trace is your typical apartment, nothing more, nothing less.
the pool party in the summer is a blast!
