the trace is the worst apartment i ever stayed in.the manager is the ----- himself.mantainence was ok,they were all nice.the manager always in a bad mood,plus she never smile and when i ask to speak to her she is never there.

I lived at The Trace for several years and my experience was great. The manager was always nice and pleasant.I had an issue where I needed to be moved to another apartment and the maintenance moved all of my stuff and helped set everything up, even my washer and dryer. The manager was very involved and went out of her way to help any way possible. When the manager was not in the office the staff told me her children were sick and she always called me back the next day. It is a very big place and I can only imagine trying to keep up with everything that goes on. Overall they made me feel like I was important and they wanted me there.
