I must agree with the earlier posters the property manager is by far the meanest person in the apartment industry i ever met...I had to sue to get out of my lease with them..they don't fix any thing... they tell you that there is a five day grace period after the 1st but trust they will beating on your door on the 2nd day...I have a home now thank god. after the trace i promised myself i would never rent again...(so you've been warned!!!)...

Point blank I have lived at the Trace for several years now and I think the above review is absolutely absurd.. The apartment manager is a very nice person that will go out of her way for anyone and has a very open door policy with the tenants. She and the staff is very responsive to issues whatever it is.. The manager is tough on down beats not paying their rent and trashing the grounds and the apartments as she should be..They do alllow a grace period paying rent but do give proper notification during this grace period as a business has too.. I have not rented in years until being divorced awhile back but I have honestly enjoyed living at the Trace adn would recommend it highly to anyone.

I have never before written a posting like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provide by management and her small team of leasing specialists that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from the apartment leasing industry, the work that Ms. Kim and her team provide should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Ms. Kim et al was that there were no additional financial rewards involved. It appears that it was simply the team's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivated them to always go the extra mile for their tenants. Their example even had a positive impact on my attitude toward apartment leasing management! All in all, I would have to say that Ms. Kim is a fine, well-balanced person with an abundance of positive qualities. In closing, I believe that Ms. Kim and her team truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of any new or existing tenant at the Trace.

Hello ex-resident! We are required by law to send out letters of past due balances. We send out late notices on the 4th of every month as a reminder that your rent is late. We NEVER beat on doors unless eviction proceedings have been filed. We are not in the business to live here. Rent is due on the 1st and you even get three additional days as a freebie! We are very lenient on our residents and try to meet their needs. Viewers, please do not listen to this person. He thinks he has a lawsuit against us and this is the first we have ever heard of it... You will always have people who have good and bad experience. But we work hard to give our residents the best expereience possible.

Hello Trace !!!!: It appears that I have struck a nerve(Ms Kim) all one needs to do is read your response to get a feel of the managements attitude towards tenants who complain or have problems??as for the matter of suing the trace . I was able to cancel my lease 2 months into a twelve month lease without paying a cancelation penalty that you all demanded and recovered my deposit in full . So it appears to me I won!!!??Fix your property up, Stop harassing your residents, stop acting like a Barbarians and last but not least stop making EXCUSES !!!!!!!!
