Used to be good, now it's bad...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
I wrote a positive review for this place a couple of years ago.
Unfortunately, lots has changed since then.
The new management seemed ok at first, but things have really soured.
Maintenance used to be good and knowledgeable, but not anymore.
You can make several calls, and they might make several trips to your unit, but nothing will be fixed.
And, the once-friendly people in the front office have disappeared.
On a different note, the drivers here think it s a freeway.
The speed bumps have been gone for months because of wear and tear, but the apartment hasn t replaced them.
People drive waaaaay too fast.
You can t back out of your parking space without hearing a horn and seeing someone flip you the bird.
Which brings up the tenants.
Many of the respectable ones have moved out, and immature ones are taking their places.
You can certainly tell that I m no longer satisfied here.
I don t plan to be here much longer.
