I have lived at the Van Mark for several years and after reading some of the reviews it seems as though the negative reviews are from people who generally don't like apartment life and have an unpleasant attitude in general. The management have always been pleasant and the maintenance staff is great. The apartments are very large and offer the most quality lifestyle of all in Ridgeland. Having lived in apartments most of my life I have no complaints and the majority of the communities in this area have crime/drug/domestic issues which I have never witnessed here. Just from my personal dealings with the staff, they seem to take great pride in the property where they live and work.
