I've lived here for about 3 months and I can tell you, its a pretty decent place to live. You have plenty of square feet and the complex is located in a safe location. The inside of the apartments are built nicely and have spacious rooms. There is no club house, but there is a swimming pool (though small) and a gym. The gym, in my opinion, is really no good. The exercise equipment in their is hardly of use (tredmills lagging in speed) and its very hot in there. Plus, you can tell not everything is up to date. The maintenance staff is a VERY slow crew. They give you days before you recieve a response from them, concerning a major problem. Then they give you weeks before they take action to fix it. Small problems like clogged toliets are no big deal--they hop to it. But, as for fixing small construction problems... heh.. they are too slow. And the office managers wait around before telling you much either.
