I moved into Cypress Lakes Apartments in the middle of July 2007. I was not thrilled about moving into an apartment after living in a house for the past few years, but I am very pleased with this complex!!!! The rooms are really spacious. It's quiet, clean, and the staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and polite. If an issue arises, it is handled quickly and professionally. One of the reasons I even stopped to look at Cypress Lakes was the landscape. It's makes the complex look very inviting. There is also a small lake to fish and BBQ grills with benches to enjoy during warm weather (very pleasant during the summer). There is a laundry room, 24 hour fitness room, and a swimming pool. Everything is kept neat and clean. The staff keeps the tenants informed with monthly newsletters, and more if needed, of changes and upcoming events. There is plenty of lightning and several deputies living on the premises to further ensure safety. I would definitely recommend Cypress Lakes to others. I enjoy living there.
