I am A former resident of the Gardens of Canal Park. This has been one of the Worest places that I have lived in Espicllly if you have kids.your kids can't be out side without constant supervision unless they are 18yrs of age. Deposits don't count on getting that back when moving out they will find anything that they can tio not give back your deposit no matter how well the apparment has been kept. I have tried to get information on their corp. office and was told that they don't give out that information, what a crock of crap. The management stinks that is the best I can put it. So if you have kids you had better think twice before before renting this place. Also take pictures before moving in and deftinelty before moving out. See you in court
