I had someone to call me from the company that manages these apartments and ask me to do a survey on my apartment ( for the 3rd time in a year). I have complained about the same things every time they call and still nothing is corrected or fixed, so why are they calling' I have lived at River Pointe for over 5 years and have really seen a change in the past several months. They do not keep the grounds as clean as they use to, the breezeways and buildings are filthy and the new maintenance man acts like he doesn't know what to do. It took him over 3 hours to fix my air conditioner and talked more than he fixed. I have a horrible problem with ants and the lady in the office always tells me that she will get pest control to take care of it and as I type I see ants crawling. I really don't know the new ladies in the office, but really miss Julie and Judy. They always greeted you with a smile and acted like they cared about things. It really makes a difference to be able to tell when someone is happy to listen to you and make you feal comfortable when talking with them, instead of just getting a "may i help you" like your bothering them! But the apartments are so close to my job, I'll probably continue living here, IF THE RENT DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE!
