Well, Riverpointe was at one point safe, secure and quiet.... NOT anymore.... as of the last few months..... a lot of domestic situations and one tennant attacked with her baby in her arms just recently.... also, the current office staff will get within 10 feet of you while at the pool area and not even speak (unlike the former staff that were always first to offer a hello -- how are you today' and made us feel like they appreciated us being a part of the Riverpointe family)and also when walking into the office most times are not acknowledged until we speak first.... where is the professionalism'''' I am noticing a lot more vacancies and I think one of the reasons is that when it is time to renew a lease the management does not care to take care of long term tennants and ones that have paid on time.... always going up on rent with no incentives.... and another thing the hot tub (that is billed as an ammenity) has been broken more than it has been operable since the time my family moved in a few years ago.... the work out area is listed as an ammenity but you are charged a fee (not small either) for a key to go in after hours (how is this an ammenity'''') soooo, needless to say in a few months when it is time for a lease renewal, it is time for my family to search elsewhere as well as several friends that also live at Riverpointe unless they make some changes and care about the money that we invest into this property. We do NOT have to budget our housing dollars to Riverpointe.....
