This apartment seems great on the outside, and it really is on the outside. They are beautiful apartments. However, the inside becomes a whole new story. When I moved in, there were tons of spiders in every room. We could not get rid of them. In addition, we had a constant ant problem. Once during spring cleaning we found basically a nest of ants living in our window. I could not leave dry food out for my pet b/c of the ant problem. In winter the back of the apt. would be freezing. At least 10-15 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. The room back there simply did not heat. Anytime that we complained of these problems some one would either give some lame excuse or send someone to pretend to do something about it. However the problem was never resolved.
