I lived in Church Lake from Dec. 04' to Dec. 06'. I loved it at first!! The only problem I had was there wasnt always enough parking places. But after they changed mangement they went down hill!!! They fired all the staff and the new people were not friendly and didnt care to get to know anyone. We had a pipe break infront of the apartment, I called them to come fix it at least 4 times in 3 weeks and nothing!! Finally they came out after mold started to grow in the parking lot!! While I was living there we heard from a friend that there was a shooting! It would of been nice to get some letter about that but no......Since we have moved out I have seen and heard bad news from the apartment!! I have a 5 year old so I had to get out!!
