The apartments at first were great. When they changed apartment staff, it just went bad. The air filters were never changed, and you basically had to beg for service, it wasnt the maintence staff, the office never informed them of any problem. At most apts you get water for free, but here you have to pay for it. Your move in deposit, dont expect to get it back without a whole lot of work. I even went as far as calling the apts main office off poplar but they give me the runaround also. Drive by shootings, robberys and all the people partying on the weekends making it hard to park and sleep, If you want to live in the ghetto, move here or Binghampton.

You probably owe them money or something. I think the whole staff is great and always willing to help. If you can't afford the water...what the hell are you doing out on your own?? Most apartments don't pay for your water unless you are in the ghetto. Are you one of those people that expect something for nothing..everything for free? Please, get a life or another job to pay for your own stuff!!

I AM PLANNING ON MOVING TO SOUTHAVEN IN JANUARY. WHICH APTS DO YOU RECOMMEND? CHURCH LAKE WAS ONE OF MY CHOICES. HERE ARE SOME MORE, ROCKY LAKE, TERRACE PARK, BRADFORD PARK, AND OAK RIDGE APTS. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THESE APTS? I HAVE ONLY SEEN THESE THUR THE INTERNET.
