I have lived here for almost 4 years now. It used to be under a different management, however the new one seems ok too. There are a few differences since the change happened but nothing I cant handle. The office staff is pretty nice and the maintence seems pretty swift ( not that I really have to call them much ). I do not have bugs either. The only complaint I have is that in the summer they used to have a pool monitor ( someone actually sat there all day and check pass's ) and now it is a free for all. HAHA attention attention all neighborhoods, please come swim in my damn pool so I can never get in.
