Wonderful Place to Live!!!!! From: emmykat12883 Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived in Civic Center Phase 2 for a year now! It is a great place to live. The management and leasing people are wonderful people especially Stephanie, Danelle, and Tracey. They have been more than helpful to all my needs and willing to solve any issues I have had since I moved here! I would recommend living here to anyone that wants a great home and great management and leasing team to take care of them. I would also like to add that the maintenance crew is on top of things and do a great job as well.
