We currently live in Phase I and it has went down hill. When we first moved here it was clean, quiet, and nice. Now it is horrible. They are letting riff raff move in and the good tenants are paying the price. We've had a dang gun holster and bullets hidden under our door mat. Some crappy partying neighbors made our breezeway a pigpen. I have asked several times for it to be cleaned. Months later and its still dirty. Right now we have neighbors in the building next to ours that must be dealing drugs or something b/c its constant traffic blasting radios and flying through the parking lot. We have a garage and I've seen someone messing with our security keypad. Don't bother calling the security and needing quick help b/c it'll be a good 20-30 mins before you see them. Our rent keeps going up everytime we sign a lease. I think that if we're going to have to put up with gun carrying punks, drugs, and shootings we should'nt be paying more. Plus the paint is cheap. You can't even clean the walls w/out the paint coming off.
We'll be leaving in a few months when our lease is up.
Just an update: 7/11/06
A few days after I posted the first review I recieved a letter from management. She was really good about taking care of my concerns and offering to fix other problems. I am happy to say that the trouble makers are gone...they moved out a day or so after my first review. The complex is quite and there is no where near as much traffic. She offered to have the apartment repainted with a better paint.
I wish I had thought to include in my first review what a good office staff they had. I have always been pleased with them. With the few changes that have happened in the past few weeks I would recommend and this is more like the place we first moved into.
