I have lived in Civic Center Apts for quite a while now and referred someone else about Civic Center Apts and they moved in. The referral is $200. I completed the contract referral information over 2 months ago and called numerous times checking on the status of my referral check. I got nothing but a run-around about it. They do nothing but give excuses about that status of it and I have yet to recieve it because the last excuse was it got lost in the mail a week ago and they have to wait a while before they can send another one out.
The parking is lousy here. The apartments are noisy and they take their sweet time handling certain problems with tenants.
PLEASE DON'T MOVE TO CIVIC CENTER APTS!

If the rent is so high then you should be aware of the money you pay out each month. I would know if i paid 730.00 or 1460.00 very quickly. You moved in in July so you should of already known about the murder, and unfortunatley that was due to who she dated not where she lived. They were not strangers. the theft was probably a repo. If you don't like it just move. Why bring down the apartments with a negative attitude due to your own boo-boo. Sorry you hate it here. Is this your first apartment? You can hear noise in every apartment. Buy a house.
