I am a resident at Civic Center and have lived here for about 3 months now. I was very hesitant about moving here after reading all the bad reviews. Actually I almost did not move here at all, but am very happy that I did. The reason I did move here is because I felt at home and the place is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and is always helpful. So please do not base your decision on what you read on here because I have experienced the complete opposite and am very happy that I chose this for my home!

I thought this too when I first moved in, however, the tables have turned. I would not recomend this complex to anyone.

I also thought the apartments were nice. And when I moved in, in winter they were nice. Now that I've been here 6 months I can't wait til the lease is up. Please stay a while before you post a review. All the bad reviews here are true and like you I did not pay attention to them and moved in anyway. And as far as staff being nice-- It's kinda like a new relationship. They will be nice to you at first to get you in and get your money.

It's clear that the staff is getting on the reveiw sites and posts good comments!!! I have lived here for a year and it's been horrible, the manager is dating a married resident and flaunts it all over the place and his wife lives here! the finally got rid of the stupied girl in phase ones office(holly) and thats the best thing that ever happened here my brother and sister inlaw were thinking of moving here and i took them in to the office and that girl holly was flirting with my brother right in front of me and my sister in law!! Ive had a few male neighbors tell me she is always "throwing" herself at them so apparently shes so desperate that she hits on any male that walks with in range but poor thing she's not the type of girl who gets lots of attention from men anyhow. so getting rid of her prob helped!
