If your thinking about living here, READ THIS FIRST. I caught three or four teenagers lurking by my neighbors door picking cigarette butts out of a bucket and smoking them. Not to mention her christmas wreath on the door went missing shortly after, and my other neighbors pumpkin was smashed three times. I have lived here for over 2 yrs and not ONE time have they ever returned a phone call and they always leave the office early even though it says they are open. And they dont know what they are doing in that office, something is always screwed up! They raise the rent whenever they can. The gate never works so its always open which defeats the purpose! The landscapers wake you up at 6 in the morning with their mowers and then they are still walking around at 8 o'clock at night with their leaf blowers right outside your windows. There are kids that run around ALL the time and scream and yell and dont pay attention, they come into the weight room and play on the equipment and play catch in the parkinglot and all unsupervised. The Management is rude and incompetent from my experience. Also I have had a cracked window from the moment I moved into this apt that they have known about since day one and now, over 2 yrs later, they still have not lifted a finger to fix it.

I have lived at these apartments for quite a while now and I really dont understand where you are coming from?!? Have you ever thought that there are only a couple of people that are working in that office and I see them around taking care of things outside of the office all the time. And the reason we have landscaping people out is to make our community look better! And if your window has been broke for 2 years then why dont you ask them to fix it..there are alot of apartments on this property and people make mistakes maybe they forgot about you! Just remind them your window is cracked, my window was leaking and they came out the same day I called and fixed it for me. And if this place is really that bad then why in the world have you been living here for over 2 years?

I totally agree with the you! The Manager is so rude and so is the assistant. When I moved in the apartment was not ready and they had to replace the carpet after I moved my stuff into the apartment. How could they let that slip though the cracks or forget about it???? The whole staff is a JOKE! When you walk in no one acknowledges you at all. You have to find someone to help you. I am moving when my lease is up and I do not recommend this property to anyone. You pay too much money to be treated like you are a bother when they did not do their job in the beginning!!!!!!
