Too Expensive for RUDE Mangement

The manager is RUDE and so is the staff!!!!!! I do not recommend this apartment to anyone..... I have rented at Civic Center for a long time and the property has went way down hill since they brought the new manager in. I have called 5 times to get things repaired in my apartment but no one has ever shown up to take care of the issues. I am moving as soon as my lease is up and I will not recommend Civic Center to anyone......
