I have been a resident of Civic Center Phase I for almost 2 years and can not think of anything negative to say. I moved here because:
1. Most importantly the staff are very professional, courteous, timely with any repairs or service needed, and are always friendly.
2. The grounds are always landscaped so beautifully and very well maintained.
3. I feel completely safe and at ease when I'm at home or on the grounds.
4. There are so many activities to participate in such as volleyball, swimming, tennis, cook-outs, and a playground for kids.
5. The other residents at Phase I have always been kind, courteous and friendly. It's like coming home to a very large family every day!
I love where I live!

We have lived here for over a year. Never seen a cook out. in fact your not aloud to bbq or lite a grill. so weres the cook outs? And the lawns are full of dog sht you cant walk off the side walks unless u want a shoe full of stuff. this person sounds more like a employee.
