This is a response to the rating above. I disagree with the whole rating and you would too if you lived here. The manager and the management team has always been here for anything I have ever needed. I have lived here for over a year and found it to be the best experience that I have had with apartment living. As for the comment above...you can only assume it is from a disgruntled employee or a resident that can't pay their rent on time. As far as I am concerened the property is well mantained and I plan on attending their pool party in July. Maybe before a rating is posted, people should contact the management office for the information they are looking for.

The manager is never around! By the way I pay my rent and on time!!! And as far as contacting the office and specifically the manager, I have and no positive results have come of me doing this as of yet. The person who wrote the comment about things never being fixed well they are CORRECT! I can only assume if it doesn't affect the manager directly it won't get taken care of:( My next move will be calling LEDIC. Thanks for listening though.....RP2
