I'VE LIVED IN THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY FOR 3 YRS NOW, IT'S A NICE PLACE TO LIVE, ALTHOUGH THE APT. MANAGER FOR HAMPTON PARK SUCKS. THEY RESPOND TO ANY OF THE MAINTENANCE CALLS QUICKLY, THE LAYOUT AND SQUARE FOOTAGE IS GREAT, COMPARED TO OTHER APARTMENTS THAT VIEWED IN THE SOUTHAVEN AREA, THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY SPACIOUS. THE RENT IS REASONABLE AS WELL... OVERALL IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN ...
