I moved in March of this year and have been very happy. This is the first time I have ever rented an apartment, and I have found it to be a very nice experience. The assistant mananger has been nothing short of sweet and courteous to me. I often get packages delivered and they have been great at signing for them, and have never lost a thing. I was very pleased with the price of the rent for the size of my apartment. I love the fact that I have a washer and dryer in my unit. This has got to be the best feature, along with the huge walk-in closet.

I really like all of the amenities offered, and love the surroundings. I live near the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and geese every morning. I've used the pool and the tanning bed, and have been very satisfied.

The only complaint I have is that I can hear everything that my my downstairs neighbors say. They often wake me up with their midnight arguments. I have complained to management and nothing has been done. I also would like to see some pet waste disposal containers around the property. They do not allow keeping any sort of trash can outside of the apartment, but there is only one trash bin in the entire complex, which means I have to take my dog's *stuff* all the way to the front of the complex every time.
