North Creek apartments is in a safe beautiful environment. I get compliments on my how nice my apartments are all the time, they even have sprinklers in them. Very large rooms, both bedrooms and living room, but very very small kitchen the smallest kitchen I ever been in before in my life. These apartments have spiders real bad. Every once in a while there is one or two inside, but there mainly on the outside of the door at night, big spiders, but their in the web above the door. This is not good especially for those who have a spider phobia, I don't like them but I'm not afraid of them as much as some people, There was once a small spider in my hair. Terminex does come once a month but spiders are still there, no roaches just spiders.This community is quiet, but the walls are very thin, I play my radio at a reasonable volume and I get a complaint, parking spaces are cool. I would say its nice but I'm paying to much to have spiders like that. Maintenance is good, the assistant manager always on her job but the office manager forgets to turn in things to maintenance when told there is a problem.
