Terrible experience. When moved in the kitchen floor was damaged and several other repairs needed. They said they would handle. However, when we moved out due to an expected death in the immediate family, they charged us for the repair that had needed to be done before we moved in, plus other frivolous charges. Management is a little sneaky, if you like that such of thing. This would be a great place to live. They will tell you one thing, not do it, never contact you if there is a problem, then sue you. But, they all seem real nice, wolves in sheep's clothing.

i have been a resident at oak hollow for two years and have had no problems what so ever i believe this post was done by someone that got evicted or ran out on there rent. the managment and maintance staff are one of a kind

This post is not from anyone who got evicted or ran out on there rent. Please read initial post again. We were current on rent, paid everything (even the repair charges from when we first moved in). We moved out because of a DEATH IN THE FAMILY! Honestly, the staff seemed real nice, up until the end, when we found out they didn't do what they said they were going to do and then charged us. You must be part of the management team, if you are a resident you would know what I am talking about. Good Luck, though... Hopefully, you will not have to experience any of this. It will come back to them. Do bad things,Bad things happen. God watches out for those of us who do the right thing. I was just warning anyone who was honestly looking at moving here.

goodluck138 you hit the nail on the head and told the truth. any positive messages left here had to be writn by some one who works here and if the truth was known, no one would live here at all. i think we all just keep hoping that something will change. I cannot understand anyone not being kind when there was a death in the family, but you are right. what goes around comes around and i am tired of the stepping in dog mess and the nasty pools we cannot even swim in and when i was out there for a few minutes this weekend, almost no one there lived at Oak Hollow, kids were screaming and i just left the pool area and now plan to move when my lease is up in the fall and wish it could be sooner and have thought of doing it anyway through the court system because i have reasons and proof of slander from the office about the renters. Oh how we are many of us praying for some new landlords or whatever they are to come in here and clean this nasty place up. I heard that civic center won best apartments in desoto county and ther pools are rely pretty and nice. I am glad some one was honest here.
