I have lived here for 1 year. I really like it here and my son really enjoys all of the kids, but we will be moving when our lease is up mainly due to the noise level. I realize apartment living is not the most peaceful type of living, but I bet there is absolutely no insulation in the walls. I hear every step my upstairs neighbors take, and it doesn't just sound like steps it sounds like stomps. I know them, and they are nice, it is just the cheap way the apartments were built. I have lived in apartments for about 10 years, and these are the poorest insulated apartments I have ever lived in. Hot in the summer, cold in winter. My utility bill for a 3 bedroom runs about $150 a month and after I moved in, they decided to install water meters in all of the apartments and start charging the tenants for water as well. Water, which I believe is mis-calculated, runs me about $25-$30 a month, even the maintenance man told me it should only be about $12-$17 a month. For the most part management is nice and maintenance is as well, but with all of the other issues, I can't see continuing to pay almost $900 a month to live somewhere where the noise level is unbearable and the utilties and water are as much as a car note.

One thing you got wrong...the management is NOT nice...sneaky and don't care about the tenants at all.
