If you will look, you will see a pattern on the good responses and the poor. I would say someone is trying to get the rating up. The good responses seem to be in retaliation for the bad, and they are all dated the same dates. One even tells the "terrible", to buy a house. This is funny, because that is just what the bad responses are warning about, the attitudes of the management team. They would rather you buy a house, instead of paying their salaries by renting a nice peaceful relaxing apartment where everyone is friendly, truthful, caring and helpful. Real world, if you like that “better be glad you have a place to live and we are doing YOU a favor by allowing you to live here" attitude, come on over. Beware. This is America; we have a choice to get the kind of service we expect. Good Luck.

you are not lying here. if the whole complex would write some complaints or somethin, maybe this place would be up to par. i hate there snooty attitudes and how they act like they are not at all worried about the renters.
