My husband and I have been living here for 2 years. The apartments are really going down the drain. The office is letting nothing but ghetto trashy people move in who are bringing down the community. The only thing that is kept up with is the landscaping maintenance and if your late on rent. I hate this place and can NOT wait to move out. I've heard gun shots. I had the tenants below me be louder than anything I've ever heard and complained for 6mths and nothing was done. Come to find out when they moved out, their apartment was destroyed. The kids are loud and unruly. They don't give two thoughts about throwing stuff and hitting cars.
