We moved here 5 years ago. Since the complex has fallen apart. A friend of mine lived here too, her water heater exploded on her. The maintanance guy came in and started accusing her of tampering with the hot water heater; WHAT' There are gangs walking around in colors now. The dumpsters are regularly set on fire. The drug dealers that they move in are loud and runnuing all the peace loving tenants away. My neighbor has a dog that deficates on my patio sidewalk. I have placed several calls to yet another new management team and their response is,"If we don't see the dog deficating on your sidewalk and lawn we can't do anything about it." We have talked to management to get out of our lease to no avail. Safety and health code violations be damned. Keep your peace and move somewhere else.
