This Aparmten Complex is a Joke!!!

We moved in last May. Since then not only has the complex xhanged manaegment 10 times. Each management wannts to add a new policy which requires more money from you. May first we are giving our last months rent and give them a 30 day notice, then poof we will be gone before our 30 days is up. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. If you have kids STAY AWAY!!!!!!FOR THEIR SAFETY!!!!!!!!AND YOURS!!!!!!! OH, one last thing. when we moved in it was 585. when we came to sign papers it turned in to 610.00 a month. What a scam!!!!!!

Wait tillthey try to take you to court, after they file at the court then they send it to a collection agency for double that then when the judge and all agree to a much lesser amount the collection agency hits you with a bill for twice that , the judge makes the final call so i am only pay what is owed but not till oakridge fixes there error, then they will get there money or its back to court
