I can really tell the difference in the environment at the property. I have lived here for 5 years and I have been through 8 mangers and I can not even count the other employees. I hope the new manager stays for a while. I had a problem and went into the office and I could not believe it but the manager actually sat down with me and discussed my issue. My issue was resolved within 24 hours as she promised and someone even called me back to follow up on the work performed in my apartment. I am so far impressed with the new staff members. I hope the new staff stays for a while. Oak Ridge can be a GREAT place to live but the management needs to continue what they are doing because I love my apartment but I was not going to renew my lease but I might renew now.
