One of My Neibhors had his Truck Stolen,, One res Had his bike crotch rocket stolen and they did nothing alls they were worried about was the rent, They say there is not supposed to be Pitbulls here but there are pitbulls allover the place, Gangs live here and i guess it is going to take Davis shutting this place down to wake them up, this place is a money trap,They let you move anybody in and not even sign them on to your lease , Drugss Hookers and Raids What do you need Cable for when you get all that for the price of a fake rental agreement like security and saftey LMAO

Well I stayed in Oakridge Apt, I just had to move; the condition of the apartment is like section8. You pay a fortune paying rent for the living codition and the staffing sucks! The racistist cops, noisey ass neighbors, by the way her name is Michelle & Art . They'll be up in your buisness . So you know it's Mississippi so you know whats up - beware of crackers.

Oh and ------ don't get up in your business? Maybe if the hookers and thugs wouldn't terrorize communities (whether they be white or black), then pat. managers wouldn't be in "your business." If you follow the rules and obey the law, you should have nothing to worry about. Sounds like to me you're pissed because the "crackers" won't let you and your homies hang out in the parking lot until 2 am with Li'l Wayne blasting out of the radio. Welcome to reality, son~~you can't always do what you want.

Ok children! (Thats what u guys sound like) U are suppose to be rating the apartment complex not venting on each other. That is petty. I live there too. Its not really a very bad place to stay. Bad things can take place anywhere to anybody at any time. But the truth of the matter is the problem with oakridge is the staff. They are not mean or bad people, they just aren't doing their jobs. I've only lived here for two years and every time I go in the office to pay my rent, there is always a new face. For some reason, we can't keep a dependable manager. Don't start me trippin on the maintance! The thing that bothers me is, when I called for something to get fixed chances are they never come. Or if someone who lives here reports a problem chances are nothing will get done til someone gets killed. But you let an outside, mentally disturbed, psycho-lady call the office because her boyfriend has a crush on a tentant, tell a thousand lies plus, all in the name of starting mess... oh they gather a small army, break in your house, go through all your things, invade on your privacy, have people watching you, and change your locks, and threaten to have you evicted! Even after they find NOTHING to validate the illegal search!!! A simple call could've settled the entire misunderstanding. But I guess that would've been too much like right. I feel like this, until the office get it together, follow PROPER PROCEDURES for searching apartments, have maintance FIX things and not PATCH it up, and do it in a TIMELY manner, PROVIDE proper and enough playground equipment and space to accomadate the large number of tentants children who live here, form neighborhood watch amoungst the divisions here (on my street, we formed our own), Basically handle business in a business manner, then this would be a great place to live. They can't say that there isn't enough money coming in because the truth of the matter is that considering the safety and sanitary conditions that we deal with, the rent here is really too high, I know people at South Park Gardens (and people call that the hood) living better and most of them pay little to no rent at all!!! How sad is that?!
