YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE HARD ON YOUR LUCK TO LIVE HERE, THE MAINT STAFF SUCK OVER PAID AND NEVER WORK, MANAGMENT STAKK LAZY AS HELL, THERE KID GET INTO EVERYONES BUSINESS, TO FIND OUT STUFF BECAUSE THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS TO ------- LAZY TO DRIVE THE COMPLEX, THEY TRIED TO GET ME FOR CRAP THAT WAS IN BAD SHAPE ALREADY, THEY WILL SEND STUFF TO COLLECTIONS BEFOR YOU GOT TO COURT, THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH WAY TO MANY MANAGER ( THEY STEAL RENT, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HAS MANAGED TO KEEP HER HEAD ABOVE WATER AND NOT GET COUGHT.) i HAVE HAD MY TRUCK STOLEN FROM HERE, OH YHEA IF YOUR KIDS ARE HIT BY A CAR HEAR THEY JUST IGNORE IT.
THEY ARE A COMPLEX THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN , IN THE NEXT THREE WEEKS I AM GOING TO START A DRIVE IN THE AREA TO GET PEOPLE TO VOTE TO GET GHETTO RIDGE SHUT DOWN
THEY DOO NOT FIX ANYTHING THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THE MANAGERS KNOW THEY ARE FRIGGIN LAZY YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

i too live here an I always see the assistant manager on the property and kids are going to be kids. as amatter of fact whenever something happens the assistant manager is the only one who cares enough to show up. oh and by the way if she hasn't got cought up in stealling like the rest of the managers maybe she isn't stealing smarty as a matter of fact I've lived here for only 1year and they've had 2 managers get fired for stealing that I would've never thought would get fiered for stealing,so maybe you just have apersonal issue with the assistant manager. I live close to where you used to live and face it your wife was the real problem or why didn't you tell everyone your wife was arrested for putting her hands on a child of anoither race. and my child visited your home and it was very dirty and the dogs messed all over the floor. It was okay for you to live here but now that you're gone you want to call it the ghetto obviously you've never been to the ghetto,because oakridge is no where near the ghetto. yes it has problems and the kids are out of hand, but lets be real.

I sit here and read these, I have noticed that is seems to me that no one had a problem with the first poster, not they left expressed them selves you all have a problem, it seems to me there is only one person that reads these that seems to spread rumors you know who you are. Aparently those of you who think that oakridge is a good place spend time out side and get to know who lives next to and around you, but Some of you call that getting up in others business, yes Oakridge is Making changes, But I have noticed they are pushing for a completely black oakridge, wich is fine , but if you know that half of your neighbors are felons, they do not do a complete backround check and when they do half of its left out so corp and approve it , then they ( the leaseing people get a portion of rentals ) so you are going to dumb on first poster look in the mirror
