I am a mother of 4 young children. I moved into these apartments because we bought a house to renovate and we need a temporary place to stay while we worked on it. Savannah Creek was one of very few complexes that allow short term leases, which we pay extra for. When we moved in everything was fine, except for the fact that they put us on the second level. We thought we might be a little inconvenienced carying groceries upstairs, but that would be fine. We were ok with it, until we found out house thin the walls and ceilings were between each unit. I don't think they used any insulation in these entire structures. They decided to move in a police officer who sleeps during the day under our unit. He expected complete silence 24/7 and complained about us constantly. The staff made me feel like my kids were wild, out of control animals. They gave us 14 days to comply with the noise complaints or we would have to leave in 30. I would also like to add that these units are energy hogs. There is one bedroom that NEVER warmed up, and you could store ice cubes in the closet of that bedroom. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE APARTMENTS!!!
