I am a mother of 3 children. I only lived there a year. The management decided not to renew our lease because we were on the second floor and made to much noise. I paid a 350.00 pet deposit which they refuse to honor. I moved out 3 days into the month of Feb. and they are sueing me for the whole month. The assisant manager harassed all the teeenagers in the apartments looking to buy drugs and also was caught shoplifting in local stores. Do not move into these apts, they are un-professional and will sue you when you leave.

the 350 pet deposit is nonrefundable... why would they give it back to you?? and as far as getting sued for the whole month... hav you never lived in an apt b4? you MUST be out by the end of the month or yes... you will have to pay for the whole month. quit complaining just because you were noisy.. you have 3 kids in an apt.. live on the 1st floor!!
